When contacting us about an existing order, please include:
your name;
your order number;
the email address used at checkout; and
a brief description of how we can help.
For damaged, incorrect or faulty products, please include photographs where possible so we can resolve the problem quickly.
Local Delivery Enquiries
We offer local delivery to selected areas, with delivery frequency depending on your postcode.
You can use our postcode checker to see whether your area is on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly route.
For delivery areas not shown, please contact us. We may still be able to help depending on your location and order size.
Raw Feeding Advice
Not sure where to start?
We’re happy to offer friendly, practical guidance based on our own experience with raw feeding. Every dog is different, so please tell us a little about your pet, including their age, size, current diet and any particular requirements.
Please note that our advice is general and should not replace professional veterinary advice, particularly where your pet has an existing health condition.
